josedev.app is run by one person — me, Jose Perdomo. This policy is short because the site genuinely does very little with your data.
What I collect
What you type into the forms — your name, business name, phone or email, and your message — plus anonymous usage analytics: which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked (stats I run myself, grouped by a random id that disappears when you close the tab), and anonymized session replays via Microsoft Clarity that show how pages get used, with typed text masked. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no cookies beyond a browser setting that remembers your language choice (English or Español) on your own device.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to me by email through Formspree and stored in a private database (Supabase) that only I can access, so I can follow up with you. That's the whole pipeline — your information is never sold, shared, or used for marketing lists.
How long I keep it
As long as it's useful for the conversation about your project. If you want your information deleted at any point, just ask and it's gone.
